Eight drink courses: five premium mezcals poured neat and three signature mezcal cocktails, each introduced by the person pouring it — where it comes from, which agave, how it was made. An appetizer is served alongside.
Beginners and connoisseurs are both welcome. Say which you are and the host knows where to start.
